We live in a world that avoids talking about the uncomfortable reality of death. We keep busy, distracted, and dependent on screens or substances to forget that we are dust. But what if facing our mortality and situating it within God’s redemptive plan could lead to real life? What if repentance and renewal before Jesus could fill us with hope and life? Ash Wednesday invites us to pause, reflect, and remember, as Scripture states: “From dust we came, and to dust we will return.” Yet because of Jesus, death is not the end.
Join us this Wednesday, February 18th, at 6:30 pm as we enter into a season of reflection and renewal (also known as Lent), preparing our hearts for the celebration of Jesus’ Resurrection—where His victory over sin, suffering, and death becomes our victory!
